New Year's Resolutions

HAPPY NEW YEARS TO EVERYONE!!!

I know I have been a slacker on posting and updating this. Life has gotten busy and out of control. I have updated my training schedule and my race schedule. Now that the holidays are behind me and I have a clear mind, I can start to dedicate myself 110% and will be able to race free and clear.

My new resolutions and racing goals are as follows:
- Running a 5K in 25 Minutes
- Running a 10K in 45 Minutes
- Completing 2 Sprint Triathlons in 1:20 or less
- Completing 1 Olympic Distance Triathlon in 2:30 or less
- Completing Ironman 70.3 Miami in under 6:00
- Complete 2 Brick Workouts (50 Mile Bike and 10 Mile run) in 4:30 or less.
- Having 2-A-Day Workouts at least 3x a week
- Improve my swimming technique to become more efficient

I am not going to let the petty things bother me or distract me from my goals. I am going to keep my head held high and my eyes open. I am going to work harder than I have ever worked before. I want to surround myself and associate myself with people who will help me get to the goals I have set forth and people who support my life changes. I want to be there to support my family and help them achieve the goals they set forth for themselves.

I am excited to start a new day, a new year, and a new decade. I am going to make 2010 the best year ever and I hope each day only brings the best for me.
